Application Engineer Engine Systems

As an Application Engineer for Engine Systems at Gamma Technologies, you will play a vital role in supporting customers in maximizing the potential of our software, GT-SUITE. Based at our Pune office, you will focus on internal combustion engine systems, encompassing combustion modeling, gas exchange, flow management, acoustics, and related sub-systems. Your responsibilities will include providing technical assistance during customer software evaluations, contributing to sales and marketing initiatives with technical content, and developing customized simulation methodologies using GT-SUITE. Your academic background in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, coupled with a strong grasp of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer, will be essential for excelling in this role. Previous experience in 1D flow or system simulation using tools like GT-SUITE/GT-POWER, Realis WAVE, AVL BOOST, or AMEsim would be highly advantageous. You should be prepared for domestic and international travel, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while articulating technical concepts clearly.
