Your typical day will revolve around creating and implementing solutions to enhance business processes and meet application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead and mentor junior team members- Conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions within the team- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in SAP Basis Administration Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration, SAP HANA DB Administration, SAP HANA DB Migration & Upgrades- Strong understanding of SAP Basis Administration principles- Experience in SAP Basis Administration tasks such as system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting- Knowledge of SAP HANA database administration and migration processes- Familiarity with SAP Basis security and authorization concepts Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration- This position is based at our Pune office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
