Must have skills : Coupa Good to have skills : NAMinimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent orMBA preferably MBA in Supply Chain Summary :As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the overall success of projects by leveraging your expertise in application development. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Coupa.- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.- Experience with integration of Coupa with other enterprise systems.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.- Familiarity with agile development processes and tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Coupa.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent or MBA preferably MBA in Supply Chain is required.
