Your typical day will revolve around creating solutions that align with business needs and ensuring seamless application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SOA OSB Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware Experience in developing and implementing Oracle SOA composites Knowledge of Oracle Service Bus for service virtualization Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning Oracle SOA Suite Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle SOA OSB This position is based at our Pune office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
