Project Role :Application Developer

Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Must have skills :SAP CPI for Data Services

Summary:The SAP BTP and CPI Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining integrations and extensions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The role focuses primarily on SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), Integration Suite, and Extension Suite to enable seamless communication between SAP and non-SAP systems.Key Responsibilities:1.Design and implement integration flows using SAP CPI and related BTP services.2.Ensure robust error handling, logging, and alerting mechanisms in all integrations.3.Conduct unit, integration, and system testing for all developed interfaces.4.Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements5.Manage transport and deployment activities across CPI tenants (Dev, QA, Prod).6.Monitor and troubleshoot issues using CPI monitoring tools and logs.7.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.Technical

Skills:

1.Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Integration).2.Proficiency in Groovy scripting, XML/XSLT, JSON, XSD, WSDL, and message mappings.3.Familiarity with standard integration protocols:HTTPS, SFTP, SOAP, REST, and OData.4.Exposure to SAP Integration Suite components like API Management Open Connectors , SAP PI/PO is a plus.5.Experience with testing and debugging tools such as Postman or similar.6.Good understanding of middleware monitoring and operational support.
