Demonstrated ability to segment and target customers based on behavioral data and preferences to enhance engagement and drive retention. 3) Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize retention marketing strategies and campaigns to improve customer loyalty, reduce churn, and drive repeat purchases. Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and conversion rates to iteratively refine strategies and achieve business objectives. 4) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, analytics, and customer support to align retention marketing strategies with overall business goals and product enhancements. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Build and launch campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, App Push, and RCS . Ensure accurate and timely delivery aligned with brand guidelines.
