Role & responsibilities Design and execute a roadmap to digitize all internal processes across departments Identify and implement mobile-first tools for field teams, seamlessly integrated with ERP Work closely with business heads to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Drive adoption through training, change management, and ease of use Select and manage vendors (ERP, low-code platforms, app developers, etc.) Ensure real-time data flow from farms to boardrooms 8-15 years of experience in digital transformation, ERP systems, or enterprise tech implementation Past experience in agriculture, manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain-heavy industries Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.) and mobile workflow design Strong project management and stakeholder handling skills Passionate about simplifying processes and enabling ground-level teams Comfortable getting into the field to understand ground realities
