As an Infrastructure Architect at MuleSoft's Professional Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering solutions to customers across various industries. Your responsibilities will include providing expertise and leadership in solutions architecture within the infrastructure domain. You will demonstrate thought leadership in Cloud Computing and Container Orchestration, becoming a trusted advisor to IT decision makers. Your role will involve evangelizing reusable assets, creating reference architectures, and enabling the field team and partner ecosystem to enhance delivery capacity and drive customer success. Additionally, you will lead solution design processes, deliver best practices recommendations, and work with the product team to identify feature gaps and provide valuable insights. To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade infrastructure for complex business solutions. You should possess hands-on experience with public and private cloud setups, as well as a solid understanding of container orchestration using Kubernetes. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, knowledge of DevOps methodologies, and experience with Internet technologies and protocols are also essential. Furthermore, you will be expected to have strong communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively. Certification such as CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) is required within 90 days of onboarding.
