To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, ideally in a shared services or multinational environment, is required. Proficiency in SAP is mandatory, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
