Role Purpose: The Admission Officer is responsible for generating leads through marketing initiatives, counseling students and parents, and converting inquiries into admissions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct ATL & BTL marketing activities (e.g., seminars, school visits). Meet principals, coordinators, and local influencers for lead generation. Visit homes to counsel students and close admissions. Maintain customer experience and ensure process compliance. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required (BTech/MBA/PG in Psychology or Education preferred). Strong sales, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel and conduct public seminars. Experience: Background in educational or career counseling. B2C sales experience across industries. Key Interactions: External: Students, parents, schools, and marketing partners. Internal: Academic/non-academic branch staff, regional support, and sales teams.
