Location : Edappally, Ernakulam Mandatory Skills - GUIDING PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS, ANSWERING QUESTIONS, SUPPORTING THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS FROM INQUIRY TO REGISTRATION Position Overview: As an Onsite Admission Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for individuals visiting the academy. You will also manage incoming admission-related messages across platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.). Your role is key in guiding prospective students, answering questions, and supporting the enrollment process from inquiry to registration. Key Responsibilities: ?Greet and assist walk-in visitors professionally and courteously. ?Provide accurate information about available training programs, schedules, and enrollment steps. ?Manage and respond to daily admission inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email. ?Collect and enter prospective student information for follow-up and recordkeeping. ?Schedule consultations or information sessions as needed. ?Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and branding. ?Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office or reception area. ?Help with basic administrative duties related to admissions and student services. Qualifications: ?Previous experience in admissions, front desk, customer service, or administrative roles preferred. ?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ?Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic office software (Excel, Google Docs, etc.). ?Friendly, approachable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ?High school diploma required; additional education in business, healthcare, or communications is a plus.
