You will lead and mentor a team of Java & Springboot Developers in designing, developing, and maintaining applications. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for Java & Springboot applications. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and enhancing software solutions using Java & Springboot, including Microservices, MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security. Writing efficient and well-structured code to implement business logic and functionality on the Java platform will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed applications. Maintaining and enhancing existing Java & Springboot applications by troubleshooting issues, implementing bug fixes, and optimizing performance will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with other developers, database administrators, and system administrators to integrate Java & Springboot applications with other systems and databases is crucial for the success of the projects. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation, including system design, coding standards, and user manuals. Staying updated with the latest Java & Springboot technologies and industry trends, and recommending improvements or alternative solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency is expected. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support system integration, data migration, and software deployment activities will also be part of your role. Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices is essential. You will need to proactively identify and address potential risks or issues related to Java & Springboot applications and propose appropriate solutions. Providing leadership and guidance to the team to create a positive and productive work environment is a key responsibility. Managing the team's workload and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget will be crucial. Delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members and providing regular feedback to support their professional growth is also part of the role. Moreover, having the ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase their business profitability is expected. Good knowledge of software configuration management systems, healthcare domain experience, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an ability to collaborate are preferred qualities. Understanding financial processes for various types of projects, various pricing models available, assessing current processes, identifying improvement areas, and suggesting technology solutions are essential aspects of the role. Client interfacing skills, project and team management capabilities are also necessary for success in this position.,
