Company: Bolsters Profile: Sales Experience: 8 years in steel (Minimum 5 years relevant Experience) Location: Kharghar, Navi mumbai Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the steel industry. The ideal candidate must have 8 to 15 years of experience , with a strong background in TMT Bars and other raw steel products . This role demands a proactive approach to lead generation , client management, and market expansion. The candidate should be well-versed in managing dispatch operations, sales documentation, and customer satisfaction. You'll play a key role in driving business growth, managing end-to-end sales processes, and ensuring efficient coordination between logistics, procurement, and client servicing teams. Key Responsibilities: Possess strong working knowledge of steel products especially TMT Bars, MS Billets, Blooms, Ingots, Channels, I Beams, and MS Sheets (CR & HR). Generate new business leads through fieldwork, networking, and marketing strategies to drive consistent sales growth. Understand and manage customer requirements, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth scheduling of dispatches. Develop and execute dispatch and transportation plans, maintaining high standards in quality, packaging, and documentation (MRN/GRN, LR, E-Way Bills, Debit/Credit Notes). Monitor vehicle movement and logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective and efficient deliveries. Analyze market trends and sales performance; coordinate with purchase teams to ensure optimal stock availability. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless operations Ensure accurate tracking of premium freight charges and maintain transparency in all operational documentation. Role & responsibiliti 1) Work force planning, Labor allocation, co-ordination with labor contractor. 2) Daily / Weekly and Monthly Planning with PPC Dept. to achieve production targets on daily basis. 3) Achieving Production Quality as per standard given/required by consumer. 4) Control the production cost, process cost, NG Cost 5) Inventory control (Raw Material, Finished goods and Intermediate (WIP) product) 6) Effective Manpower Utilization and contract Management 7) Stakeholder Management: Managing various key stakeholder in order to ensuring the availability of RM, Machinery, spare parts (purchase), store and other key department) 8) Must be able to analyse the data and present it to Cluster head, GCOO and CMD. 9) Initiative for development of new sections. 10) Ensure 5S, TPM, Housekeeping in All mills and guide the team for same. 11) Ensure PPE compliance in all mills with zero accidents. 12) Keep perfect check on stores requirement in shift to control inventory of store in shop floor. 13) Ensure with maintenance & Electrical Dept. to achieve periodical preventive maint, and minimize Breakdown. To guide & help Maintenance Dept. if required. 14) To plan roll change in advance as per PPC Dept. co-ordination. To track and monitor rolls life. 15) To control lunch time & tea time during shift working. 16) Ensure to achieve daily/weekly and monthly production target with zero cobbles. 17) to guide and control absenteeism of employees in Mill 18) Continuous upskilling of the Team as per market need and standards 19) working on continuous improvement to increase the production capacity viz a viz keeping EBIDTA in positive es Preferred candidate profile
