Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and advanced semen analyses, including motility, morphology, concentration, and vitality assessments. Prepare semen samples for intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). Process and store sperm specimens for cryopreservation (sperm freezing). Handle patient specimens with strict adherence to chain-of-custody and biohazard protocols. Accurately document test results and maintain laboratory records in accordance with regulatory standards . Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment such as microscopes and centrifuges. Follow quality control procedures and participate in proficiency testing. Communicate professionally with patients regarding specimen collection instructions, ensuring privacy and sensitivity. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and embryologists as part of the fertility care team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fertility clinic or reproductive lab. Knowledge of cryopreservation techniques and sperm preparation for ART. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Prior experience in an andrology or clinical laboratory preferred. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software. Strong attention to detail and adherence to lab protocols.
