Technician you will be responsible repairing the two wheeler vehicles and maintaining vehicles

Workshop Floor Supervision: Monitor daily vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and delivery. Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill, urgency, and job type. Quality Control: Ensure all service and repair work meets OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards. Conduct road tests or inspections before job closure. Customer Coordination: Coordinate with service advisors on customer complaints, job status, and delivery timelines. Time & Productivity Management: Track technician efficiency and workshop productivity. Ensure timely job completion and minimum vehicle backlog. Team Supervision: Supervise mechanics, electricians, washers, and helpers. Provide technical guidance and hands-on support when required. Job Card & Documentation: Ensure proper job card opening, work recording, parts usage, and job card closure. Parts Coordination: Coordinate with the parts department for the timely availability of required spares. Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure compliance with workshop safety protocols and cleanliness of bays and tools. Training & Skill Development: Identify training needs and support skill development of workshop staff. Reporting: Submit daily and weekly reports on work status, technician performance, and workshop output.

Calling to Customers for business improvement Taking feedback from the customer and update to the Operation team Creating Customer satisfaction report for operation team.

1. Invoice Generation & BillingPrepare and generate accurate invoices as per company policies. Ensure GST and other applicable taxes are correctly applied. Bill customers as per agreed terms (daily, weekly, monthly). 2. Data Entry & Record MaintenanceEnter billing data into ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho). Maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts, payments, and invoices. 3. Customer InteractionShare invoices with customers and resolve billing-related queries. Follow up on outstanding payments and send reminders as needed. 4. Payment ProcessingRecord payments received through cash, cheque, UPI, bank transfer, etc. Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation of payments.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:Vehicle Pickup & Delivery: Pick up customer vehicles scheduled for repair or service. Ensure timely and safe delivery of vehicles to the workshop. Drop vehicles back to customers after repair completion. Inspection & Documentation: Perform basic pre-pickup inspection (scratches, dents, fuel level, etc.). Maintain proper vehicle pickup/delivery records. Collect and verify pickup documents (gate pass, job card, etc.). Coordination: Coordinate with customers and service advisors for pickup timing. Inform the service team of incoming vehicles and specific customer requests. Report any delays or issues to the supervisor. Vehicle Handling: Drive vehicles carefully and responsibly as per traffic and safety rules. Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of customer vehicles. Identify and report any vehicle issues noticed during pickup or driving. Customer Service: Greet customers politely and maintain a professional attitude. Clarify pickup instructions or repair concerns as needed. Handle customer queries and escalate issues to the service advisor.
