Summary: As an Analytics Practitioner, you will engage in developing business insights through predictive statistical modeling activities. Your typical day will involve utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to generate and enhance decision-making processes by modeling client, market, and key performance data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the insights derived are actionable and aligned with business objectives, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Gen AI, Agentic, & Machine Learning - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Machine Learning. - Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies. - Experience with data visualization tools to present insights effectively. - Familiarity with statistical modeling and predictive analytics. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
