The Engineering Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for leading a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team. Your overall objective in this role is to lead efforts to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned frameworks. As an Engineering Lead Analyst, you will serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders. You will provide direction for all firm-mandated controls, compliance initiatives, all projects within the group, and in creating a technology domain roadmap. This includes driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency. The ideal candidate for this role should have 6-10 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role, experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment, project management experience, and consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication. You should possess comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities, and related reporting to identify best practices, as well as demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills. Ability to work in a matrix environment, partner with virtual teams, work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative is essential. A proven track record of operational process change and improvement is also desired. For education qualifications, a Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
