How you will make an impact Demand Management: Identify, assess, and prioritize development demands related to ServiceNow that affect backend operations. Your background Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a ServiceNow service or product manager, or in a similar role. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, particularly in service delivery, service desk, and on-site support. Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills. Attention to detail to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards. Proactive mindset for process improvements.
