Job Description Responsibilities Take primary ownership in driving self and team efforts across all phases of the project lifecycle. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide the team to design, build, and manage technology solutions that solve business problems. Apply appropriate development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices (e.g., mid-development client reviews, embedded QA procedures, unit testing) to ensure successful and timely delivery. Partner with Project Lead/Program Lead in delivering projects and assist in project management responsibilities such as project planning, people management, staffing, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with team members globally, ensuring smooth communication, task sharing, and execution. Handle direct and indirect client communications as per assigned project responsibilities. Drive continuous improvement and innovation, learn new technologies, business domains, and project management processes, and foster a similar learning culture within the team. Understand problem statements and client requirements; design and build complex solutions using programming languages, ETL platforms, etc. Make timely and appropriate decisions for problem-solving, considering broader implications, technical aspects, and project plans. Qualifications & Experience 13 years of relevant consulting industry experience working on medium to large-scale technology solution delivery engagements. Knowledge and experience in developing and configuring code in Informatica MDM, Informatica PIM, STIBO MDM, or Reltio . At least 1 year of MDM or related data management experience. At least 1 year of experience in Data Analysis or Data Quality Analysis. Ability to unit test developed MDM code. Experience in creating customizations using Java, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies. Proficiency in writing SQL queries to retrieve data for analysis. Flexibility to cross-train and work on multiple tools as required. Ability to translate functional/non-functional requirements into system requirements. Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends. Strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative mindset. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
