As a Privacy Operations Governance Analyst at Colgate-Palmolive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the privacy team by overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of privacy operations. Leveraging your attention to detail and motivation, you will contribute to maintaining privacy modules, updating privacy management tools, and staying informed about the latest privacy regulations and principles. Your responsibilities will include administering privacy tech tools like securiti.ai platform to optimize privacy operations, managing data subject requests, consent management, data mapping, and privacy impact assessments. You will be responsible for training team members on the functionalities of privacy tech tools and ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations through audits and assessments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you support privacy impact assessments and data protection impact assessments to identify and mitigate privacy risks in new projects. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for privacy-related queries, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain detailed records of resolutions to drive continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a privacy-related role. Possessing certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CDPSE will be advantageous, along with a strong understanding of global privacy laws and regulations. Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills will be essential in collaborating with various teams effectively.
