Job Description The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst 3 is responsible for budgeting planning forecasting and analysis of financial information. This position drafts and updates policies and procedures related to budget process and delivers training to managers on budgeting software and procedures. The Tax Analyst 3 is responsible for the preparation of tax returns, handling tax inquiries and preparing for tax audits.
