Or M.C.A. in Computer Science from a reputed University with 5+ years hands-on experience on below mentioned skills. Experience of working with multi-cultural and geographically disparate teams. Hands on experience in testing of large entreprise level integrated applications in finance domain. Essential skills Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC and defect lifecycle. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and should be very comfortable in crafting test ideas, scenarios and test plans. Expertise to test enterprise level integrated applications in Investment domain. Proficiency in writing and understanding complex db queries in Oracle databases. Preferable experience in investment management asset management domain. Strong logical reasoning and problem solving skills. Personal Skills: Able to set, communicate and manage stakeholders expectations. Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate activities. Always open to learn and adopt new tools/technologies Good Analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to adapt to changing business needs (Flexible) and learning new skills quickly.
