You will be joining this position as Senior Test Analyst in QA chapter, and therefore be responsible for executing testing activities for all applications under IM technology based out of India. Collaborate with developers and BAs to understand new features, bug fixes, and changes in the codebase. Create and execute functional test cases on different test environments to validate the functionality Log defects in defect tracker and work with PMs and devs to prioritise and resolve them. Write and execute SQL queries for performing data validation tests at DB level. Document test cases, results and any other issues encountered during testing. Attend team meetings and stand ups to discuss progress, risks and any issues that affects project deliveries Your skills and experience B.EB.Tech. Or M.C.A. in Computer Science from a reputed University with 5+ years hands-on experience on below mentioned skills. Experience of working with multi-cultural and geographically disparate teams. Hands on experience in testing of large entreprise level integrated applications in finance domain. Essential skills Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC and defect lifecycle. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and should be very comfortable in crafting test ideas, scenarios and test plans. Expertise to test enterprise level integrated applications in Investment domain. Proficiency in writing and understanding complex db queries in Oracle databases. Preferable experience in investment management asset management domain. Strong logical reasoning and problem solving skills. Personal Skills: Able to set, communicate and manage stakeholders expectations. Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate activities. Project description Large bank in Saudi is looking for Senior Murex BA accounting specialist for their Murex Greenfield implementation project. Responsibilities Murex Application Responsibility: Stream member in Murex BO change team. Participate in various changes and projects for the stream Engage users to gather, capture, and document on accounting treatment for various financial products. Analyse requirements and assess feasibility of implementation in Murex. Design and configure accounting rules based on the requirements, including configuration of accounts, filters and formulas. Participate in finance related projects Perform testing, capture output, and document results. Reconcile expected results and actual results. Identify discrepancies and the possible causes. Escalate identified issues and analyse if any alternative methods are feasible as a workaround. Ensures documentation and deliverables are consistent with defined standards. Suggest possible alternative approaches for a more efficient and scalable configuration and maintenance. Role and Responsibilities Own and lead the entire program lifecycle from inception to delivery for our mobile and web-based software projects. Qualifications and Skills An experienced professional with minimum 7 years of experience , who can understand our business and technical needs and establish project direction, scope, timing and staffing that will enable us to deliver successful products. Previous technical program management or engineering management roles for technology-based projects and should be familiar with all aspects of these types of projects including various project management and systems development methodologies. B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in technical program management or engineering management , preferably with medical device and hardware/technology products as well as consumer health products. Minimum 4 years of software design and development experience with web-based or mobile software with any front end or backend technologies Fair experience in the formal project management process, methods and tools; PM certifications are a plus. Ability to articulate and document objectives, progress and issues effectively to technical and nontechnical audiences. Ability to understand business requirements, as well as technical solutions. Have a solid understanding or willingness to learn FDA, ISO13485 quality system requirements for product and software development. Experience with agile development. Must have a strong flair to make decisions for the projects in general and in conflicting situations. Must have excellent planning and organization skills.
