Job Title: Junior executive social media & Digital Marketing (Female Candidate) Job Summary Were seeking a female candidate for a full-time, on-site position in PCMC. The role combines social media and Digital Marketing , requiring hands-on execution of campaigns that boost brand presence, drive user engagement, and support overall business objectives across platforms Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, search engines, and web platforms Create engaging content: posts, graphics, reels, blogs, videos, and newsletters Manage and monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and grow followers Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), analyse performance, and adjust strategies Coordinate with Internal Teams for contain subject. Monitor analytics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness Required Skills & Qualifications Female candidate with 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and paid ad platforms Copywriting and visual storytelling skills Familiarity with SEO, SEM, influencer outreach, and email marketing Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills Work Location & Hours On-site position located in PCMC (Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra) Monday to Saturday
