They got my free replacement of MagSafe 2 adapter in 2 days. No fuss or whatsoever with the support person or anyone else. Not sure whether this was because the adapter was under warranty.

They just dont pick up the calls. I had given my MacBook pro of 28th Jul and as on 24th Aug there is no update and I am unable to reach them on the landline numbers available to get a status update. Definitely not an "APPLE" experience.

Went there for problem with my macbook air logic board . They said there is no way other than replacing the whole logic board for 48000rs . Came out from that money diggers place. My friend suggested a shop near the thousand light mosque . They worked in chip level made it work and charged just 5500rs
