Required technical and professional expertise 1+ year prior AML experience REQUIRED. Compliance experience at a financial institution is STRONGLY PREFERRED. Retail banking experience is PREFERRED. The ability to work independently, take initiative, and able to adapt to change. Ability to quickly understand and maintain current know3ledge of banking regulations, concepts, and issues. Quickly learn new applications and client systems to conduct research. Exercise sound judgment and observe the highest degree of confidentiality.
