AM/ Manager- Content writer

You will be responsible for content ideation and development for corporate leadership across various marketing verticals and digital media, public relations, and internal initiatives. Your role will involve creating engaging content for employee engagement in business lines and developing content from a geography and business line perspective to be used in social events. Additionally, you will be updating and writing website content in various formats such as blogs, event updates, press releases, business pages, and reports. You are expected to proactively develop research-based thematic leadership content for the media and provide support for all PR content. In terms of stakeholder management, you will be interacting with senior leadership, business and research teams, external partners, and internal marketing members. You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any domain and have 2-6 years of experience in content writing for senior leadership, corporate brand, PR, and social media. Experience or understanding of B2B organizations and the real estate sector will be advantageous. Your functional abilities should include the capacity to understand and write for corporate leadership, as well as adapt content from PR and research. You should be skilled in creating content that drives engagement for corporate brand audiences and understand how content format and language should be tailored for different stakeholders and business lines in real estate. On a managerial level, you should communicate clearly and effectively with both individuals and groups, write in a clear and concise manner using appropriate style and language, and demonstrate creativity in approaching work-related issues. You should also be able to identify fresh approaches and exhibit a willingness to question traditional assumptions.,
