Responsibilities:

1. Drive HR business effectiveness

   by planning and implementing key HR projects for the automation business unit.

2. Support strategic talent management

   , including talent assessment, development, and succession planning.
3. Contribute to the

   design and execution of people plans

   covering leadership, culture, D&I, and team effectiveness.

4. Lead change management initiatives

   aligned with organizational goals and transformation projects.

5. Coach leaders and teams

6. Align HR and organizational priorities with

   business strategy

   to achieve operational and growth targets.

Requirements:

1. Masters degree in HR or related field

   .

2. 10+ years of total HR experience

   , with

   5+ years of core BHR experience

   in ITES setups.
3. Strong ability to

   manage HR projects independently

   and drive people initiatives.
4. Excellent

   relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills

   .
5. Proven experience in

   change management

   and leadership coaching.
6. Exceptional

   analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities

   .
