AM/ DM Vendor Upgradation

As a Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineer with a Diploma or Degree qualification, you will be responsible for various aspects related to new model parts PFMEA, identifying weak areas at vendors, guiding them for solutions through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) such as Why Why or 8D, supporting vendors in process and system improvement, setting up Capable Process (SPC) for critical parameters, implementing processes with required automation, Auto Inspection, Poka Yoke, checking parts through First Principle using GD&T, conducting discussion & review meetings with vendor top management, and handling Quality Management System standards like ISO and IATF. Your competencies will include basic knowledge and hands-on experience of Proprietary, Safety, Seats, & Regulatory parts, experience in part development and awareness of development systems like APQP, PPAP, Peak Volume Trials, identifying gaps in Fixtures, Gauges, and Dies, knowledge of QMS systems such as ISO and IATF, along with additional skills like analytical and data compilation ability, good presentation and communication skills, participation in theme-based Quality improvement activities, and the ability to work effectively in a team.,
