Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and drive sales of our own V.I.P. brand toothbrush & household articles (like cloth washing brush, shoe polish brush, toilet cleaning brush, cloth hangers, etc.) through a strong distributor and retail network across India.
Manage and expand relationships with existing trade partners while onboarding new distributors/ big wholesalers and dealers in key regions.
Plan and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for multiple territories.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities nationwide.
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives in different regions.
Represent the company at national trade fairs, exhibitions, and major customer meetings.
Prepare & present monthly reports of actual sales, projections & identify hidden opportunities for growth.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA in Sales / Marketing is preferable
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG or Plastics industry, with exposure to managing multiple territories or regions.
Excellent knowledge of distribution channels and trade dynamics across India.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel across India as required.
