Job Title: Railway GAD Engineer Location : Asansol, Experience : 2 to 5 years Job Description: We are seeking a skilled GAD Preparation Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in railway infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) for bridges, platforms, FOBs, and other railway structures in compliance with Indian Railways standards and project specifications. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and modify General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) using AutoCAD or similar CAD software. • Coordinate with the design team and site engineers to gather inputs for GAD preparation. • Ensure accuracy and adherence to Indian Railways' drawing standards and codes. • Incorporate survey data, alignment plans, and structure dimensions into GADs. • Review and revise drawings based on client or departmental feedback. • Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings. • Support design engineers in producing detailed drawings as required. Requirements : • Diploma or B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering. • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in GAD preparation for railway projects. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of Indian Railway drawing standards. • Experience with bridges, platforms, yards, or other railway infrastructure preferred. • Good communication and coordination skills.
