As a Senior UX Designer at Taazaa, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional user experiences across multiple digital products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead UX strategy, address complex design challenges, and create intuitive interfaces for our SaaS platforms, many of which are AI-driven. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end UX design process for new and existing SaaS products, collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business needs and user pain points, translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and applying UX best practices to inform design decisions. Additionally, you will contribute to design systems for consistent user experiences, work with AI teams to design intelligent interfaces, conduct user research and usability testing, and mentor junior designers. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 6 years of hands-on UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating work on SaaS products across different industries. Experience in designing for AI-powered platforms or a keen interest in emerging AI technologies is preferred. You should possess strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, familiarity with design systems, responsive design, accessibility standards, and agile environments, as well as a solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user psychology. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities. In terms of behavioral skills, a Senior UX Designer should demonstrate effective communication, leadership and mentorship abilities, problem-solving attitude, collaboration and teamwork skills, as well as adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
