AI/ML Trainer

As an AI/ML Trainer at our institution in Bhubaneshwar, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive lectures on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science to students enrolled in B.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc-IT courses. Your role will involve equipping students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for industry readiness. Your key responsibilities will include delivering engaging lectures on topics such as Machine Learning Algorithms, Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Neural Networks, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI model deployment. You will ensure that students gain conceptual clarity and hands-on experience using tools like Python, TensorFlow, Keras, and Scikit-learn. Additionally, you will be expected to continuously update teaching content to align with industry trends and technological advancements. Apart from teaching, you will also be involved in conducting applied research in AI/ML, staying updated with the latest advancements in the field, and supporting students in research and innovation projects. Providing mentorship to students working on AI/ML internships, final year projects, or competitions will be an integral part of your role. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will collaborate with academic peers and industry experts to enhance the AI/ML curriculum and establish connections with AI/ML startups or companies for student internships and collaborative projects. Professional development is encouraged, and you will have the opportunity to participate in workshops, webinars, and conferences to stay abreast of the evolving AI landscape. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, along with 6 months to 1 year of experience. A strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and proficiency in Python-based AI tools is essential. Prior teaching or corporate training experience would be highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, along with a strong command over Python, NumPy, Pandas, and Jupyter Notebooks. Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are key competencies required for this role.
