AI/ML Engineer

As an AI/ML Engineer at our company, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative technology team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to address real-world challenges. You will work with large and complex datasets, performing tasks such as data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis. Utilizing tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, you will train, validate, and optimize models, subsequently deploying them into production using MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Post-deployment, you will be responsible for monitoring model performance, conducting retraining as necessary, and ensuring the ongoing robustness and accuracy of the models. Collaboration with product and engineering teams will be essential to integrate ML models into real-world applications and platforms. Additionally, staying informed about the latest research, tools, trends, and technologies in AI, ML, and data science will be crucial to your success in this role. As a qualified candidate, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with major ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch are required. Proficiency in NLP tasks, deep learning image models, and core ML concepts is expected, along with practical experience in developing APIs and working with containerization and deployment tools. Preferred qualifications include experience in computer vision, NLP, or reinforcement learning projects, as well as familiarity with cloud ML services and open-source ML/AI projects. A solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, ML model lifecycle, and deployment workflows will be advantageous.
