AIML Engineer

About The Company:

The Role:

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team and lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications and systems. You will work with state-of-the-art technologies, including generative AI, deep learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs), and play a key role in building scalable, production-ready solutions using cloud or on-premise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AI/ML with a strong focus on Large Language Models.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers; guide team decisions and performance.
• Drive design and implementation of scalable, production-grade AI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into larger application ecosystems.
• Provide technical leadership across projects and teams.
• Evaluate and optimize existing AI systems for performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Research and apply cutting-edge AI technologies, including GenAI, deep learning, neural networks,
• chatbots, and image processing.

Skills Required:

Must-Have Skills

• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in real-world solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proficiency in deploying AI applications using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• In-depth knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related tools.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, including data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Good to Have

• Experience with chatbots, image processing, and neural network architectures.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years working specifically on LLMs or generative AI.
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (15 years of full-time education is mandatory).
