Job Description

You will be designated as an AI/ML Computational Science Manager at Accenture, which is a global professional services company excelling in digital, cloud, and security solutions across various industries worldwide. Your role will be aligned with the Insights & Intelligence vertical, focusing on leveraging the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Analytics techniques to provide valuable insights to clients. Your expertise will be crucial in developing top-notch solutions, tackling business challenges, and overcoming technical hurdles using AI Platforms and technologies. Your responsibilities will include utilizing existing frameworks and standards to establish an architectural foundation and services essential for AI applications scaling from multi-user to enterprise-class. Demonstrating your expertise, you will actively engage in blogging, publishing research papers, and raising awareness in the field of Artificial Intelligence. As part of the Artificial Intelligence Innovation team, you will be involved in creating, deploying, and managing projects to build responsible AI solutions that benefit users, communities, and society. Collaboration with business experts, research professionals, and platform engineers will be key in devising innovative solutions. In Product Delivery, you will be accountable for delivering products/solutions to clients, which may involve customization of existing offerings. The ideal candidate for this role should possess proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, GenAI/LLM/Prompt Engineering, and have the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Strong client relationship management, dispute resolution skills, and the capability to handle multiple stakeholders are essential. Understanding business challenges, focusing on business outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams are crucial aspects of this position. Your roles and responsibilities will encompass delivering AI solutions at scale, standardizing AI products/solutions, identifying complex business processes for AI opportunities, and creating viable techno-commercial solutions through in-depth analysis. Collaboration with senior management, clients, and Accenture stakeholders will be necessary to convey plans effectively and align with strategic directions. Independently designing methodologies, flagging risks, proposing action plans, and identifying improvement opportunities to optimize processes will be part of your routine tasks. Managing medium to large cross-functional teams involving clients and third-party vendors to achieve project goals, overseeing the team and product/solution from a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) perspective, and having a transformation mindset for automation/process improvement opportunities are critical. Operating in Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid models, adhering to quality control best practices, and working in rotational shifts may also be required for this role at Accenture.,
