Role & responsibilities Identify, target, and acquire high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), family offices, and institutional investors for AIF, PMS, Mutual funds and other Investment products. Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, wealth managers, investment advisors, and distribution partners. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets across investment products. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to refine sales strategies and product offerings. Work closely with internal teams, including portfolio managers, investment research, and marketing, to align client solutions with business goals. Preferred candidate profile Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is preferred. Experience: • Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry, specifically focused on HNI clients and portfolio management. Skills: • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management principles. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market opportunities and client needs. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
