We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to sell our AI-powered SaaS product that revolutionizes meeting productivity. The software transcribes conversations into actionable roadmaps, assigns tasks, integrates with task management tools, and provides deep insights to improve decision-making. As a Sales Manager for the SaaS software, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies for both B2B and B2C markets. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, engaging, and converting leads into customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering impactful demos showcasing the product's value, managing the full sales cycle to drive revenue growth, staying updated on industry trends and competitors, collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies, tracking performance, generating reports, and optimizing efforts, as well as playing a key role in building and expanding the sales team. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field, possess strong knowledge of AI-driven software and task management tools, demonstrate proven expertise in end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closing deals, exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, showcase the ability to work independently, meet targets, and scale sales processes, and have an entrepreneurial mindset with strategic execution skills in a startup environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in selling AI productivity tools or meeting assistant solutions, familiarity with task management and workflow automation software, and an understanding of digital marketing strategies to support sales.
