About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

AI Trainer

to join our team and play a strategic role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality AI education programs. This position involves working closely with the software product engineering team to create focused, industry-aligned AI training initiatives under our platform. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in AI and open-source technologies with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of AI professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the software product engineering team to develop AI training programs aligned with real-world industry use cases.

Perform training needs analysis to identify learner skill gaps and design customized training roadmaps.

Curate, conceptualize, and deliver large-scale training programs tailored to diverse audiences.

Lead hands-on sessions, workshops, and bootcamps using the latest AI tools, libraries, and frameworks.

Incorporate open-source technologies in the training curriculum and encourage community-driven innovation.

Mentor learners through projects, live builds, and capstone assignments, ensuring practical skill acquisition.

Create training content, documentation, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.

Stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML, agentic systems, and LLM technologies and integrate them into programs.

Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback to enhance training impact.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in curating, conceptualizing, and delivering large-scale technical training programs.

Proven ability to design AI curricula in collaboration with technical teams and industry partners.

Hands-on expertise with open-source AI/ML tools, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain.

Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging way.

Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with AI integration in enterprise software products.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience working with startups or innovation labs in edtech or AI sectors.

Open-source project contributions or community involvement is a strong plus.

Prior experience with AI certification programs from AWS, Nvidia, GCP, or Microsoft.
