Research and adopt the AI that is being used in Architectural Office for increasing productivity in day to day office work. It will include Microsoft Office AI which can be used in word, excel, powerpoint; AI used in Rendering images etc. to simply formatting, rendering etc. 2. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand and fulfill the AI needs of the organization 3. To Educate the SSA Team by giving presentation to the various studios to implement AI based architecture in the office. Assist architectural team in the organization to move forward with integrating AI into their existing systems and preparing them for new programs and applications to keep pace with emerging trends. 4. Monitor AI industry trends and maintain state-of-the-art architectural industry knowledge. 5. Create architectural approaches for AI software and hardware integration 6. Educate teams regarding the use of AI with respect to various data we would have on the project regarding efficiency of various types of buildings, Codal compliance, Hours required for various types of buildings during various stages etc. 7. Create a data base of all SSA project hours data and be able to get the anticipated hours equired for various types of projects from SSA historical data. 8. Create a data base of all SSA Projects in terms of all parameters of the Project including Site Area, FAR area, Built up Areas, Efficiencier various building types and be able to review and retrieve it quickly. Create a intranet to be able to be accessed by all Management level. Exp.- Minimum 3-5 years of architectural experience and a strong interest in AI use for architecture
