As a CoPilot Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions utilizing Microsoft CoPilot Studio, Azure AI, and the Power Platform. Your role will involve leveraging Microsoft's intelligent automation capabilities, data integration practices, and secure application lifecycle management to empower global organizations in redefining business performance through intelligent assistants, low-code platforms, and AI-driven experiences. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading the solution architecture and implementation of intelligent assistants using Microsoft CoPilot Studio - Building conversational flows, adaptive cards, triggers, and skills using Power Virtual Agents and Power FX - Integrating CoPilot solutions with internal systems such as Dataverse, SharePoint Search, Azure AI Search, and third-party APIs - Configuring and managing Azure AI Foundry environments for orchestration and LLM integration - Enabling secure and scalable deployments across Microsoft Teams, Web, and Mobile interfaces - Working closely with business and product stakeholders to translate use cases into automation pipelines - Ensuring governance, data privacy, and compliance requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle - Establishing robust ALM processes, including version control, testing, and deployment - Supporting enterprise workflow automation initiatives using Power Automate and Power Apps - Mentoring cross-functional teams in applying conversational AI best practices Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience with Microsoft CoPilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents (advanced level) - Strong development experience with Power FX, Power Automate, and PowerApps - Expertise in Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and enterprise search integration - Solid understanding of Azure AI Foundry, Cognitive Services, and AI Search - Experience designing bots with adaptive logic, custom skills, and multichannel support - Proficiency in deploying secure, governed solutions within Microsoft cloud environments - Familiarity with conversational AI patterns, fallback logic, and dynamic content rendering - Hands-on experience with solution lifecycle management (ALM), CI/CD, and environment governance Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to OpenAI integrations in the Microsoft cloud stack - Understanding of CoPilot extensibility (custom APIs, plug-ins, skill composition) - Relevant Microsoft certifications such as: PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect, PL-400: Developer, AI-102: Azure AI Engineer What You'll Gain: - Opportunity to architect next-generation AI solutions for global enterprises - Collaborative environment working with certified Microsoft technology experts - Exposure to cutting-edge use cases in automation, AI, and digital transformation - A culture focused on learning, precision, and innovation at scale If you are passionate about building scalable AI architectures that drive impact and possess the required skills and experience, we look forward to meeting you.
