Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and Flask Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend and third-party services Work with PostgreSQL to manage and optimize relational databases Collaborate with AI engineers to build and integrate initial AI logic into backend workflows Ensure application performance, security, and scalability Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing backend systems Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions Required Skills Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Flask framework Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and SQL optimization techniques Experience in API development and integration Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to implement basic AI logic Knowledge of version control systems like Git Understanding of containerization tools like Docker is a plus Good problem-solving and communication skills Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field 2+ years of experience in backend development Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a bonus
