AI Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency Work with large datasets, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training Implement NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or generative AI solutions based on business needs Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable ML pipelines and integrate AI models into production systems Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply them to solve business challenges Conduct A/B testing, model validation, and performance monitoring to ensure robustness Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/ML tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making Skills & Requirements Must Have Skills Python programming and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) Deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs) Generative AI (Diffusion models, LLM fine-tuning, RAG) NLP (BERT, GPT, LLMs) or Computer Vision (OpenCV, YOLO) Good To Have Skills Reinforcement learning or autonomous systems Edge AI or embedded ML deployments Big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, SQL/NoSQL databases) CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git) MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes) Cloud-based AI services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML) Soft Skills Problem-solving skills Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions Mentorship capabilities Job application: https://app.fabrichq.ai/jobs/f29e2342-c5c2-488a-93ca-bd0bbb62d369
