Analyze existing workflows, processes, and systems across departments to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.Design, develop, and deploy custom AI solutions (e.g., NLP, computer vision, ML models) to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort across business operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and data to understand pain points and create AI prototypes that deliver measurable efficiency gains.Continuously monitor AI implementations to evaluate performance, gather user feedback, and iterate for enhanced effectiveness and adoption.Integrate AI tools with internal platforms and workflows using APIs, custom scripts, and low-code/no-code solutions where applicable.Champion a culture of automation by training internal stakeholders on leveraging AI tools and democratizing access to AI-powered productivity tools.Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and automation frameworks, assessing their applicability to internal use cases.Ensure responsible AI use by evaluating data privacy, ethical implications, and bias mitigation in all deployed solutions.Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure and communicate the business impact of AI interventions in terms of time saved, error reduction, and cost efficiency.Participate in internal hackathons, PoC sprints, and experimentation sessions to rapidly validate new ideas and drive AI-first thinking across the organization.
