Location

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute leasing strategy across office assets.
  • Engage with IPCs, corporates, and brokers for lead generation.
  • Manage client visits, negotiations, and lease closures.
  • Monitor lease expiries, renewals, and occupancy pipelines.
  • Track market trends and report leasing performance.

Requirements

  • 8–18 years of commercial leasing experience.
  • Strong network with corporates and IPCs.
  • Excellent communication and deal-closing skills.

JD_02: AGM / GM / DGM – Commercial Sales

Location

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of strata/bulk commercial units.
  • Engage HNIs, UHNIs, and institutional buyers.
  • Build and manage a strong channel partner network.
  • Close high-value deals and manage documentation.
  • Maintain sales funnel, investor database, and MIS.

Requirements

  • 8–18 years in commercial property sales.
  • Proven track record in investor and channel sales.
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills.
