The Incumbent will be responsible for-
1. Strong commands over Training Need Assessment, Curriculum Development and Design, Training need and facilitation, training effectiveness and evaluation & Compliance and documentation.
2. Deep expertise in driving operational efficiency, quality, cost reduction and productivity by championing continuous improvement, leveraging methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and industry 4.0 principles.
3. Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, demanding and deadline driven environment.
4. String executive presence, Communication, Analytical Skills and Project Management skills.
