Full job description AGM Project Manager - Hospital Project Exp or Commercial buildings Exp Must B.E. Civil with minimum 15 to 20 years Experience in construction management and Experience in Public Sector Buildings is an added advantage Willing to work in any location Technical skills in materials/methods for all engineering, architectural, and construction areas To coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors To select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships Sound construction management, time management, project management skills Review project works, quantities, costs, accuracy of specification, completeness Preparation of Construction Schedule and delegation of works To Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labor force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress Email : careers@rankprojects.com Phone: 9940282344 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
