In this role, your primary responsibilities will include: - Translating wireframes, user journeys, and product goals into visually compelling UI designs for web and mobile platforms - Collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless implementation - Developing and maintaining design systems and UI components to enhance the overall visual experience To excel in this position, you should possess: - At least 4-6 years of UI design experience in fast-paced startups or B2C digital products - A strong portfolio showcasing modern and elegant UI designs across mobile and web platforms - Proficiency in core visual design principles, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and designing engaging micro interactions - Experience in building and scaling component-based design systems and familiarity with AI-powered design tools Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate functionality and visuals seamlessly, bring designs to life accurately, and participate in design reviews to maintain a high-standard design culture. You will be tasked with creating emotionally resonant and visually appealing UIs, scalable design systems for diverse audiences, and interfaces that prioritize beauty, simplicity, and usability while emphasizing user empathy. Preferred qualifications include experience in motion design, micro interactions, animation, accessibility guidelines, AI-enhanced interfaces, and agile product development.
