Stay updated with the latest MongoDB advancements, features, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product managers, to ensure high-quality software delivery. Document database design, architecture, and implementation processes. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience as a MongoDB Developer or similar role. Proficient in MongoDB and other NoSQL databases. Experience in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs. Strong knowledge of MongoDB's aggregation framework. Strong knowledge of data modelling and database optimization techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
