As a Sales Manager at indiagold, your primary responsibility will be to own sales targets through affiliate partnerships and ensure consistent growth in numbers. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong partner relationships, serving as the main point of contact for all affiliate partners. Your expertise will be essential in identifying, onboarding, and activating new affiliate partners that align with our ideal customer profile. Collaboration with the Inside Sales team will be key to optimizing lead flow and conversion from affiliate sources. You will be expected to monitor and analyze partner performance, providing valuable data-driven insights to enhance outcomes. Developing and implementing partner enablement tools such as sales kits, FAQs, incentives, and training decks will be part of your responsibilities. In this role, it will also be essential to resolve any partner issues promptly and effectively to uphold trust and productivity. You will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to co-create campaigns and track the return on investment (ROI) from affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in key account management, channel sales, or affiliate partnerships. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through partnerships is essential. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are crucial, along with experience in managing B2C or B2B inside sales funnels being a plus. Proficiency with CRM tools and performance tracking dashboards is expected, and the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
