Position - Assembly Operator No of Positions AESH Assembly Operator = 14 (SPM Assembly Experience must) SLH Assembly operator = 02 (SPM Assembly Experience must) Nova Grinding operator = 01 (ID Grinding Experience must) OD honing operator = 01 (Grinding Experience must) Work Location - Manufacturing Plant - Talegaon Dabhade Qualification - DME/BE - Mechanical/Automobile Experience - 2 to 3 Years in automobile manufacturing industry Job Description AESH Assembly Operator and SLH Assembly Operator Goal of position Operating & setting of production machines of engine components within stipulated time. To produce components as per quality standards and Production norms. Daily production reporting Document control as per TS requirement In process inspection as per control cards, Work order reporting. Material movements in respective working area. Daily scrape monitoring and reporting. To maintain shop floor discipline To reduce setting and resetting time Trouble shooting & to achieve shift production targets Cleaning and House Keeping of respective area. To achieve departmental targets & goals. Tasks (Description of main tasks) To meet the daily production targets. Ensure 5S on respective area To set & operate the line as per requirement. Work in team & maintain discipline on shopfloor. Ensure documentation of respective line.
